Two quilts I got last week. The blue one with the triangles/fan-looking things was $6 and the squares was $4. Great for laying on the floor for Logan to play on and for the grass in the summer!
It’s been a while! Here is my outfit today (the top half, at least):
Top, thrifted for $3 (seen here)
Cardigan, thrifted for I think $3? I don’t remember! I know it’s less than $5 though.
And, one policy I think I’m going to implement with my thrifting for clothes is the less than $5 rule. Unless I just absolutely LOVE it. I have bought a couple of things now that I just simply don’t love as much anymore as when I saw it at the thrift store and got all sorts of excited over it. I’ll keep trying to wear them though, because I think as long as I get one wear out of them I still get my money’s worth :)
I do have a few things to share as I go thrifting at least once, usually twice a week during lunch. I work about 5-10 mins away from 2 of my favorite thrift stores and I try not to go a week without visiting them.
And, welcome to my new followers!
What Logan wore today. Thrifted for $3 or less (can’t remember since I got it while still pregnant). I love the print—so sweet!
My mostly thrifted outfit today:
Yellow top, Banana Republic (the first time I wore this I didn’t like it, but I tucked it in today and it looks much better)
White cardigan, Ann Taylor (becoming one of my favorite finds!)
Shoes, Circa Joan & David (from this past weekend)
Pants, Express (not thrifted)
Necklace, gift (not thrifted)

Also got some fun belts for $0.50 each. And the best part? All but one have elastic. Awesome.
Found this at the thrift store today for $3. As many books as I own, I don’t have any by Shel Silverstein. I am so excited!
Thrifted wreath, $3.
I’ve been looking for a simple spring wreath and this fits the bill! I have to see if it’ll look good on our front door (which is really tall) and if it doesn’t work, I’ll put it in one of our guest bedrooms.

More finds from this weekend, the Work Shoes Edition :)
Black Nine West heels, $2.25
Circa Joan & David patchwork heels, $4
There are some good shoes to be found out there, and for really cheap! The black shoes are a tad tight so I might get them stretched. And the patchwork shoes looked kinda blah on the rack but are super cute on. Can’t wait to wear both!
Also, welcome to my new followers! I hope you enjoy looking at my finds as much as I do!

Stuff I got for Logan today:
Osh Kosh sweater, $3 — Dress, $2.75 — Books, around $15 — Sleeper, $2
I’m pretty excited about the books. I have the complete Winnie the Pooh collection and a recordable Goodnight Moon book!
Here are some framed prints I got from the thrift store last week. They were originally $10 (!!) each, but I waited and got them 75% off at $2.50 each. I love the way they look. I’m not sure if they’re really from the 20’s but I looked at the paper and they do look old. I’m not sure where to put them yet, but I’m definitely spray painting the frames first!
